Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

Requests for cancellation of registrations must be made in writing and emailed to finance@apics-northcentralohio.org no later than 10 standard business days prior to the event. APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter will apply a 15% processing fee to all refund requests. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departures.

Registrants may transfer registration to another name up to 2 standard business days before the event; please submit your request in writing to marketing@apics-northcentralohio.org.  

APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training or event at its discretion. Registrants will be notified personally and given the opportunity to reschedule or have their full registration fees reimbursed.
When possible, refunds of credit card payments will be issued to the card used in the original transaction. Refunds by check will be issued and mailed within 30 days of the approved refund request.

 

Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return materials to APICS - North Central Ohio within 30 days for a refund.

Please contact finance@apics-northcentralohio.org for a return authorization and shipping information.

  • Materials obtained as part of an event registration are not subject to this return policy.
  • Returned materials must be in salable condition.
  • DVDs, CDs, and software must be in the original packaging with accessories.
  • DVDs, CDs, and software must be unopened unless defective, which is subject to inspection.
  • Ship all returns via a traceable carrier method.
  • Enclose a copy of the packing slip to ensure proper and timely credit for returns.
  • Wrap the return package securely.


Please note:

  • For credit card purchases, your original credit card will be credited.
  • For other forms of payment, a check will be issued within four weeks after confirmation of receipt of the product.
  • Online courses are not returnable and nonrefundable.
  • There are no refunds for clearance items.
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless it is due to an error by APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter or its distributor.
  • Insufficient postage will be deducted from the refund or credit.
  • CODs are not accepted.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Packages shipped to, but not received by APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter, will not be credited; therefore, we recommend you insure your package.
  • We strongly recommend you ship your package via a traceable carrier method such as UPS or FedEx.
  • APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter cannot provide credit for any item lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Credit or refunds will be issued after returns are received and inspected.
  • At it's discreation, APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter may access a 10% restocking fee.


Who will pay for return shipping?
 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter does not accept CODs and postage due will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.


Who will pay for return shipping if the error is made by APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter or its distributor?

Shipping charges will be the responsibility of APICS - North Central Ohio Chapter or its distributor in cases where the error is on our part.

Merchandise Orders are shipped within 5 standard Business Days whenever possible

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipping Charge Refunds
